The police appeal to the support of the public in persecution of a teenager from Hemel Hempstead.
The 15 -year -old Bailey was last seen on Monday, June 9th at 9:50 a.m. near the Lincoln Drive in South Oxhey.
He is described as about 5 feet 10 and was last seen how he wore a black north face jacket, gray jogger and white coach.
Bailey also has links to Watford.
