According to court documents obtained exclusively by US Sun, Monica's divorce from her ex-husband Mike, 45, became final on October 24 after the judge signed the divorce decree.
The actual housewife was granted sole custody and right to determine the children’s place of residence.
According to the documents, Mike is allowed to see the children at set times and locations, but it seems this may be difficult to coordinate since he currently “lives in another state on the other side of the country.”
Together, the former couple have four daughters: Bri, 18, Jaidyn, 13, West, seven, and Kendall, six.
The regulation details which holidays 39-year-old Monica's children will have and which holidays Mike will have.
According to the document, the children will spend Thanksgiving with Monica and Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day with Mike.
PAY
Monica, who claims to own a children's clothing company that sells swaddling cloths, pointed out that her gross monthly income is zero dollars.
Monica “has no assessable income from any source,” the documents say.

Her company, WestleeMae – now known as Brea Baby – has “no value at this time,” according to the documents.
Mike, for his part, has a monthly gross income of $17,333.
Against this background, the judge ordered Mike to pay Monica $2,636 per month in child support.
This amount is paid monthly until the child turns 18.
In addition to child support, Mike was ordered to pay the reality star $4,000 per month in child support.
Spousal support must be paid until June 2037 or until other circumstances arise, such as if Monica remarries or lives with another partner.
FINALLY AT HOME
The US Sun previously reported that Monica lives in a $424,000 ranch house in Kaysville, Utah, which was featured on the show.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is approximately 1,100 square feet and is about a 25-minute drive from Salt Lake City.
According to the divorce decree, the couple still owes the mortgage company $168,000.
Monica was ordered by the judge to pay the mortgage because she was granted “sole use and possession of the property.”
However, Mike receives his share of the total equity in the property, which amounts to $130,000.
Monica has to pay Mike this money to satisfy the lien.
Eventually, the Bravo star was allowed to officially change her name so that her name was Monica Garcia again.
