MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Police Department needs your help in locating a desperately missing person, 24-year-old Titus J. Rantanen.
According to Milwaukee police, Titus was last seen walking near Potter and Russell in Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood around 6:46 a.m. on Sunday, October 27th.

Titus is male, white, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 270 pounds. He has short brown hair and green eyes.
