THUNDER BAY – MISSING – Thunder Bay Police are appealing for public assistance in the search for missing person Phylliss Turtle 29yrs. Phyliss was last seen on West Mary Street on January 20, 2022 at 9:30pm.
Phylliss Turtle is described as a 29-year-old Indigenous woman, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with long black hair and dark brown eyes. Phylliss was last seen in a black jacket, black sweatpants and white sneakers.
