North Yorkshire Police seek for lacking lady Desteny Inexperienced at excessive threat – throwback

North Yorkshire Police have launched an urgent search for a “high risk” missing girl.

Desteny Sturgess Green, 14, went missing from the village of Womersley, near Selby, just before 7am this morning.

The last reported sighting of Desteny was at the Jet Garage on Selby Road in Askern, with CCTV arresting the boy on foot with a bag slung over his shoulder.

Police are desperate to locate Desteny, and police said they are treating her as a “high-risk missing person” out of concern for her well-being.

A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said: “Desteny was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black trousers, Nike trainers and a black bag.

“Desteny is described as approximately 5’7″, slim build, with long, straight brown hair.”

Anyone seeing Desteny is urged to call 999. Anyone with further information should call North Yorkshire Police on 101 and quote reference number 12220038265.
