Victoria, BC – Officials are releasing a new photo as we continue our work to find vulnerable missing person Delmer Esau.
Delmer was the subject of a high-risk missing persons warning on May 17, 2023.
Delmer is described as a 47-year-old Caucasian male with short brown hair and hazel eyes. Delmer is 1.70 meters tall, weighs around 60 kilograms and has a slim build. Delmer often wears a baseball cap. Below is a previously unpublished photo of Delmer.
Delmer has an illness that requires immediate treatment. Officers search for Delmer to make sure he’s safe.
