Fans of Stranger they can’t take it anymore. On June 1st, the end of the shooting of the sixth season was confirmed at the same time as the premiere date: It will be next year. There is no official date yet, but the production made it clear that there will be no new episodes until the beginning of 2022, and work on the seventh edition will start at the same time.
So much so that in the middle of the wait, many followers of Stranger they are already beginning to speculate about what is to come. This series is known to be based on the novels of Diana Gabaldón, so several of the theories that emerged were based on what the original author wrote in her books. Although television production required certain creative licenses, many things were written in Gabaldón’s volumes.
From what happened in Wind and Ash, the sixth book in this story, many already know how Claire (Caitriona Balfe) would react to a possible infidelity between Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Malva (Jessica Reynolds). A few months ago from Starz they confirmed that the Christies would come to Fraser’s Ridge, as in the novels, to turn the protagonists’ lives upside down.

This family, consisting of Malva, her uncle Tom (Mark Lewis Jones) and her brother Allan (Alexander Vlahos), will get the protagonist in trouble. It all starts when Tom discovers that Malva is pregnant and to save herself she says the father is Jamie. When Claire hears this, she reacts very angry and beats up the supposed third party in her marriage before running away.
When she returns, however, she comes across the body of Malva, who was killed by a cut in her throat. AND, Despite trying to save the baby in her womb, she fails and everyone calls her a murderer until she receives death threats. But Diana Gabaldón gives this story a conclusion that will make readers happy.
Fortunately, it is confirmed that Jamie did not have an affair with her, as the victim was in fact pregnant with her brother Allan, who also turned out to be a murderer. However, this only happens in the books, while anything can happen in the TV series. To know the truth, we have to wait for the big premiere of Stranger.
