“Starchase technology offers the law enforcement authorities the opportunity to use a non-fatal adhesive GPS day on the vehicle of a fleeting suspect. As soon as the officials are connected to the suspect's vehicle, use the technology to track the vehicle tactically and safely without developing a high -speed penalty in order to capture the suspect in a planned and coordinated manner. In a variety of crimes of crimes and non-Felonie vehicles, the technology has proven to be effective, which are enough of flight, stolen vehicles, duis, human trafficking, narcotics and other crimes, ”added Watkins.
