The 2nd Circuit Court issued an arrest warrant for Pearce on Tuesday.

Through their investigation, police discovered that Pearce, her 4-year-old son and her boyfriend were staying at a hotel in Ogden Monday night. Police say Pearce and her son checked out of the hotel at 8:50am on Tuesday morning

Police have no information on the type of vehicle Pearce may be driving, although they questioned the friend.

Police believe the 4-year-old boy is not in danger, so he does not meet the criteria for a yellow alert.
