Missing person in Harrisburg

Harrisburg Police are currently trying to locate Elmer Vargas, a 61-year-old man who was last seen Monday, August 16, in the evening hours. Vargas lives on the south side of Harrisburg. Anyone with information on Vargas’ location is asked to contact the Harrisburg Police Department at 717-558-6900.
