Police ask for public help to find missing person – Kingston News

Kingston Police are asking for the public’s help in the search for missing person Jeffery Dalcourt, 68.

Police say Dalcourt was last seen around 9:30pm on Saturday April 1, 2023 in the Campbell Crescent area. “Dalcourt’s current whereabouts are unknown, but his vehicle, a gray Chevrolet HHR with personalized Ontario license plates ‘Madcad’, was found today in the Portsmouth Village area,” Kingston Police said in a release.

Dalcourt is described by Kingston Police Department as approximately 5ft 8in tall, weighing 170lbs, with short white hair and a full white beard. Police believe Dalcourt may be wearing a brown leather jacket, black boots and possibly a gray fedora.

“Dalcourt’s family members are concerned for his well-being and would like his well-being to be checked,” police said.

In addition, Kingston Police Department is asking anyone who may have seen their vehicle between 9:30 p.m. April 1, 2023 and 10:30 a.m. April 2, 2023 to contact police.
