The police are still asking for clues about the location of Roy Remick.
An arrest warrant for stalking offenses was issued against the 55-year-old.
Remick is also now a Reported Missing Person and the police have serious concerns for his well being due to a health issue.
He was last seen in the Notting Hill area on July 16 at around 7:30 a.m.
Remick has intermittently contacted people through social media, but despite extensive searches, the police were unable to find him.
Remick is described as 183 cm tall with a brown complexion, short gray hair and stubble.
He is known for visiting the Nagambie, Cobram, Währing, Bentleigh, Bentleigh East and Murrumbeena areas.
Investigators have again published a picture of Remick in the hopes that someone will have information about his current whereabouts.
Police had already made a public appeal last week regarding Remick but were unable to locate him.
Anyone who sees Remick is asked to contact Triple Zero (000) immediately.
Anyone with further information on their whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000 or leave a confidential report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
