Police provide new evidence from the forensic doctor in Terry Floyd Missing Person Cold Fall

Weeks from the 50th anniversary of the disappearance of the Victorian school boy Terry Floyd have announced to the forensic doctor that a new investigation order was submitted.

The 12-year-old Maryborough boy was last seen on June 28, 1975 at Pyrenees Highway in Avoca.

In a statement, Victoria's police revealed that new evidence had been discovered.

“At the beginning of this month, the forensic doctor was presented to the forensic doctor with regard to this examination,” the explanation said.

A coronial examination from 2001 showed that Terry was kidnapped and murdered, but his body was not recovered.

Mr. Floyd said he had mixed feelings about the new investigation order.

“Unfortunately, I have lost every belief and trust for many years,” he said.

“It shouldn't be the case for a family member, but the reality is that it is.

“All we have is hope and hope that at some point you will receive these answers that you are looking for so desperately.”

However, the well -known former detective became that the private investigator Charlie Bezzina, who helps Mr. Floyd, said a new police order was a “very good thing”.

“However, these things are never quick,” said Mr. Bezzina.

“We are in the hands of the forensic doctor to decide whether there will be a second examination.”

The Coroners Court of Victoria said it was generally the case that a forensic doctor checked a order of evidence in order to determine the appropriate procedure.

The Court said that the time and the “next steps” of this process depended on the complexity and the information volume.

The police's declaration in Victoria said that she would not comment on while the forensic doctor took the matter into consideration.

“The case remains open and the police are always ready to react to new information and, if necessary, to commit resources,” the explanation said.

More witnesses register

Mr. Floyd said that this month a podcast revealed new information about the case that a nurse Terry spoke to the main suspect in this case.

The nurse said that the suspect was sitting on the driver's seat of a tickle panel, which was parked on the Pyrenees Highway-at the same place where Terry was last seen.

Mr. Floyd said the nurse recognized the suspect and contacted the police a week later after reading about Terry's disappearance in the local newspaper.

Mr. Floyd said the police never persecuted it and the nurse has died since then.

“I am very angry because it could have known about my brother or in the first two weeks within the first week that the person with whom this lady nominated could have been spoken and … be arrested,” said Floyd.

Mr. Floyd hopes that a new witness will help confirm the information from the nurse.

“One of them will confirm the history of the nurse; they are a family friend of her,” said Floyd.

A second witness will also speak to Mr. Bezzina, but he refused to name this person.

Plaque for the 50th anniversary

Mr. Floyd and Mr. Bezzina are among those who plan to reveal a badge compared to the Avoca post – one of the last places that Terry was seen – on the 50th anniversary of his disappearance next week.

“We never want Terry's history and heartache to forget my mother, even though it is a huge tragedy,” said Floyd.

Two rose bushes are also planted.

“One of them will” forget a “Rose and others will not be” the love of a mother “because it is not only my brother's anniversary, but the 12 years later 12 years later,” said Floyd.

The boy's moderator in the gold mine podcast Dee Dunleavy will take part in the event and said that she was also hopeful that recent developments would finally lead to justice for Terry.

“The main suspect in this case, which was mentioned in the investigation in 2001, is still alive and lived his whole life as a freelance man,” said Ms. Dunleavy.

“There are other people who, as I believe, know more about what happened to Terry who has not reported.

“These people have to remember that a reward of the Victoria police of 1 million US dollars is offered for information that leads to someone arrested and sentenced to disappearance.”
