Quavo spoke out on Twitter on Friday shortly after ex-girlfriend Saweetie confirmed their breakup and made thinly veiled allegations of infidelity against the rapper.
The Migos rapper didn’t hold back when he accused Saweetie of wanting to do a “show” and revealed his “disappointment” with the Tap In hitmaker for talking about her personal business.
“I know you want to make a show out of it, so I’ll only play my part this once. I usually don’t market my business, especially my personal life. I feel the need to address this so that there are no false stories. ‘The rapper wrote in his first post.

Saweetie took to the streets when she retweeted the post with a simple “take care”.
Saweetie confirmed she was single in a Twitter post on Friday amid split rumors.
In the post, the 27-year-old rapper alluded to Quavo being unfaithful when she spoke of “intimacy given to other women”.
‘I’m single. I’ve endured too much betrayal and hurt myself behind the scenes for a false narrative to circulate that worsens my character. ‘The Icy Girl hitmaker wrote.
Saweetie took to the streets when she retweeted the post with the following tweet: “Take care.”

It’s not clear what Saweetie – nee Diamonté Harper – meant by “false story”, but it’s clear that she believes Quavo cheated on her.
The duo sparked breakup rumors when they stopped following each other on Instagram.
Eagle-eyed fans noted that the brunette beauty followed the Migos star, 29, first before Quavo returned the favor.
Saweetie added fuel to the fire and later gave an interview in which she stated “I don’t like liars” but refused to confirm who she was referring to.
During an interview with Justin LaBoy on Respectfully Justin’s YouTube channel, Saweetie was asked about the most disrespectful topic a man had done to her.

She replied, “He’s breaking your heart … it’s the last straw …” but would not be drawn to who the man was.

The couple’s romance began on Instagram in 2018 when he presented her with a snowflake emoji referencing their 2017 hit, ICY GRL.

After months of phone calls, Gabrielle Union’s cousin agreed to fly to Atlanta on her first date, which began at the Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill, where he nearly choked on a crab cake.

The album, on which she was executive producer, also sees collaborations with Dr. Luke, J. White, The Morgue and Danjahandz & Rob Knox and Timbaland.
The rapper gained attention after posting her song Icy Grl on Instagram, which received a million views in the first week and was covered by MTV, XXL and The Source.
She followed her with her 2019 summer single, My Type, which debuted on Billboard’s Hot 10 chart, making her only the seventh female rapper.
