Important responsibilities:

Persecution and looking:

• Perform field visits to locate debtors and confirm addresses.
• Use tools, databases and examination techniques via SKIP tracing tariffs to find debtors who have moved or changed contact details.

Relaxation of debts and negotiations:

• Check out the job with debtors to negotiate repayment agreements.
• Education debtors about their financial obligations and the consequences of non -payment.
• Received and processed signed recognition for debts, if necessary.

Reporting and documentation:

• Keep accurate records of interactions, payment agreements and follow-ups from debtors.
• Give management to daily or weekly reports for the progress of the collections.
• Consider legal and ethical guidelines in all interactions.

Cooperation:

• Work closely with internal collecting agents, legal teams and external stakeholders.
• Cases escalate in which legal steps are required.

Key requirements:

Training and experience:

• Matric (class 12) or equivalent.
• Earlier experiences in car sales, debt collection, the persecution or field examinations are advantageous.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential.
• Smartphone and 2.1-inch tablet Samsung.

• Skills for negotiation and conflict resolution.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and resilience.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Computer competence for data entry and reporting.
