RHOSLC's Monica Garcia will receive sole custody of the children as well as $6.6k per month in child support and alimony once the divorce is finalized

REAL Housewives of Salt Lake City's Monica Garcia received thousands of dollars in child support and alimony in her divorce, The US Sun can exclusively reveal.

Four months after Monica filed for divorce for the second time, the judge issued a final ruling that officially made the RHOSLC newbie a single woman.

According to court documents exclusively obtained by The US Sun, Monica's divorce from her ex-husband Mike, 45, was finalized on October 24 after the judge signed the divorce decree.

The actual housewife was awarded sole legal and sole custody of the children.

According to the documents, Mike is allowed to see the children at appropriate times and places, but it appears to be difficult to coordinate since he now “lives in another state across the country.”

Together, the former couple are parents to four daughters: Bri, 18; Jaidyn, 13; West, seven; and Kendall, six.

The decree specifies which holidays Monica, 39, has the children and which holidays Mike has the children.

According to the doctor, the children will be with Monica on Thanksgiving and with Mike on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

PAY

Monica, who claims to be the owner of a children's clothing company that sells diapers, said her gross monthly income is zero dollars.

Monica “has no countable income from any source,” the documents say.

Her company, WestleeMae — now known as Brea Baby — has “no value at this time,” according to the documents.

For his part, Mike has a gross monthly income of $17,333.

With that in mind, the judge ordered Mike to pay Monica $2,636 a month in child support.

This amount is paid monthly until the child turns 18.

In addition to child support, Mike was ordered to pay $4,000 a month in child support to the reality star.

Spousal support must be paid until June 2037 or until other circumstances arise, such as if Monica remarries or lives with another partner.

FINALLY AT HOME

The US Sun previously reported that Monica lives in a $424,000 ranch-style home in Kaysville, Utah, which was featured on the show.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is approximately 1,154 square feet and is about a 25-minute drive from Salt Lake City.

According to the divorce decree, the couple still owes the mortgage company $168,000.

Monica was ordered by the judge to pay the mortgage because she was granted “exclusive use and possession of the property.”

However, Mike receives his share of the total equity in the property, which mathematically amounts to $130,000.

Monica must pay Mike this money to satisfy the lien.

Eventually, the Bravo star was granted a legal name change, changing her name back to Monica Garcia.

Monica celebrated her divorce in Las Vegas, where she attended BravoCon with the rest of her RHOSLC castmates.

In an interview with People, she mentioned that her divorce was finalized “a week and a half ago.”

“I’m in Vegas – what a way to party,” she said.

When asked if she was dating someone new, she played shy but said she doesn't have a specific type and “I'm more about the connection.”

Monica had been with her ex for over a decade.

They married in September 2009. A few years later, Monica filed for divorce in December 2013, citing irreconcilable differences.

A few months later, a termination order was entered into the system and the divorce was dismissed in January 2015.

The couple seemed to go through a lot of ups and downs, especially since the housewife revealed that she had an 18-month affair with her brother-in-law that led to her being expelled from the Mormon Church.

Monica filed for divorce again on June 12, 2023.

Jen Shah's former assistant has made her status as a single mother clear to her castmates, saying she never has time for herself and constantly compares her “normal” lifestyle to frenemy Lisa Barlow.

Monica is currently embroiled in a legal battle with co-star Heather Gay's company Beauty Lab after receiving “botched” lip and nose injections.
