Robin Thicke is seriously blurring the lines in his ongoing custody drama, claims his ex-wife Paula Patton.
In court papers filed Tuesday, Patton claims that Thicke and his attorneys “manipulated” a court order to make it appear as if Thicke had a valid custody and visitation order for her son.
Patton alleges that Thicke used the allegedly doctored document to make it appear that Patton had violated a valid court order and used it to alert law enforcement and the Department of Children and Family Services [DCFS] down on her.
The court filing further accuses Thicke of reporting that Patton had kidnapped her son and threatening to file a kidnapping report against her.
Other allegations made in Tuesday's filing include that Thicke “interfered in and attempted to influence the outcome of a pending DCFS investigation against him” and pressured DCFS employees to drop the investigation.
The alleged foul behavior also includes Thicke taking a DCFS caseworker to “an expensive sushi dinner.”
“At the very least, this created the extreme appearance of impropriety,” the papers said. “In the worst case scenario, you can’t trust DCFS.”
Patton and Thicke, who married in 2005 and announced their separation in 2014, are embroiled in a nasty custody battle revolving around their son Julian. Patton has accused Thicke of “excessively beating” Jordan. In January, Patton filed documents accusing Thicke of various misconduct, including kicking, shoving and punching Patton.
Patton also claimed that Thicke suffers from “ongoing anger, alcohol and drug issues” and that she caught him having “inappropriate contact” with a masseuse at her home.
