Granting joint custody of the son

After a bitter court battle

Roddy Rich and his ex-girlfriend Alexandra Kiser have reached a custody agreement for their three-year-old son… finally putting an end to the parental tug-of-war.

The “The Box” rapper will receive joint legal custody and will have custody of the child for a few days a week, Tuesdays through Thursdays.

He also must pay Alexandra $8,000 a month in child support… in addition to her son's private school tuition, medical bills, any special therapy, and additional extracurricular activities.

Roddy also agreed to pay $37,500 for Alexandra's legal fees and must come up with another $1,000 in monthly stipend so she can buy a car.

His lawyer, Samantha Spectornegotiated the terms of the settlement, which was filed Friday in LA County.

Sources close to the ex-couple tell us they are now doing very well when it comes to co-parenting – marking a dramatic turnaround. Alexandra had previously filed documents claiming the diamond-selling artist had failed in his fatherly duties with his alleged net worth of $25 million.

With the custody case now behind him, Roddy will likely resume his rap career.
