Saanich Police are asking the public for help in locating a missing 41-year-old woman who second person is missing from Seven Oaks Tertiary Mental Health Facility this week.
Barbree Elliott was last seen on Wednesday afternoon, June 12.
Elliott is described as 5'9″ tall, weighing approximately 270 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
“We are concerned about Barbree because she meets the criteria for a high-risk missing person due to her cognitive abilities and medical condition,” said Inspector Damian Kowalewich.
“Our officers are working with her family and other agencies to locate her, but are seeking any information from the public.”
According to British Columbia Provincial Police Standards, a missing person is considered high-risk if their health or well-being could be at imminent risk due to obvious vulnerability.
According to Saanich police, she is known to frequent downtown Victoria.
Anyone who has seen Barbree Elliott or knows her whereabouts should call Saanich Police at (250) 475-4321.
Another woman, 27-year-old Brooke-Lynn Williamson, went missing from the same psychiatric facility Earlier this week and is also considered missing because there is a high risk.
