Safaree Responds to Erica Mena’s divorce petition; Calls on courts to refuse little one help and seeks joint custody of their kids

Love & hip-hop‘s Safaree Samuels answered the estranged woman Erica Menathe divorce petition.

According to legal documents TMZ received, Safaree is ready to hand over the former couple’s home to Erica, but is seeking joint custody of their young daughter. Sapphires, and their second baby due next month. In addition, Safaree demands consistent and uninterrupted upbringing and visits from its children. In Erica’s first petition for divorce, she requested exclusive use of her common home and primary custody of her daughter, but found that she is open to a joint custody arrangement.

In his response to the divorce petition, Safaree also wants to retain exclusive ownership of their individual vehicles and requests that they keep individually all personal items acquired during the marriage. He also wants the courts to deny Erica all child support and for the courts to establish child support obligations.

Erica filed for divorce last month after less than two years of marriage.
