SOUTH SALT LAKE – South Salt Lake Police are seeking help from the public in their search for Susan A. Lavender, 57, who is considered a vulnerable missing person.
Lavender is described as six feet tall with brown hair and brown eyes. She is a white woman who was last seen in gray sweatpants and a sweatshirt, according to South Salt Lake police.
Lavender was last seen leaving the Avalaon Valley Rehab Center at 1:45 p.m. in South Salt Lake City.
She has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia and has a limp, according to police. Lavender also has a history of hitchhiking.
