The California Highway Patrol issued a silver alert for a missing person in Piedmont at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday morning
Tracy Kirkpatrick is described as vulnerable. Kirkpatrick was last seen on Pala Avenue and Highland Avenue in Piedmont at 11:38pm Monday night.
According to Silver Alert, Kirkpatrick is said to be walking and wearing a light blue polka dot tracksuit.
Kirkpatrick is 5ft 6, 65 years old, weighs 118 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes.
