MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) – UPDATE (6:53 p.m. on 12/31/24): At the request of Minot Police, a Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Minot woman.
ORIGINAL (6:37 p.m. on 12/31/24): Minot Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing person.
According to police, 84-year-old Faye Schaefer was last seen by her family at 2 p.m. on Monday and was seen starting her car shortly after 7 a.m. on Tuesday.

Schaefer is 1.75 meters tall and weighs around 75 kilograms.
The vehicle is a silver 2019 Nissan Rogue with ND license plate 591-AUK.
Faye could be at risk for health reasons.
