Springdale Police are searching for a susceptible and lacking particular person following an altercation Tuesday night time

SPRINGDALE, Ark. (KNWA / KFTA) – Springdale police are currently looking for a vulnerable and missing person following an altercation on Tuesday November 23rd.

According to a press release, police responded around 8:15 p.m. on 1252 Cooper Drive for a social check-up. When the officers arrived at the scene, they found a trail of blood in the parking lot that led to apartment A133.

Officers met a man in Apartment A133 who said he was hanging out with Richard Phillips, 39, when a group of men walked into the apartment. The witness told officials that Phillips started arguing and then fighting with the men.

The men then took Phillips out of the apartment and left the premises. The witness stated that he did not know who the men were, but it appeared that Phillips knew them.

Police believe Phillips was injured in the altercation and may need medical attention. It is unknown at this point what the relationship between Phillips and the men was or what the argument was about.
