Summary of the Skiptrace film when Jackie Chan wants to reveal the figure of Matador Crime Boss

A detective named Binnie Chan (Jackie Chan) followed a famous crime boss with the nickname Matador.

Binnie believes that Matador is a businessman Victor Wong (Winston Chao).
