Telecommunications engineer in Better Noida for the homicide of a suspected infidelity girl

Noida (UP), February 24th: A telecommunications engineer in the Noida area was arrested for allegedly killing his wife, who he suspects is having an affair, police said on Wednesday.

The 24-year-old woman’s body was found in her home in Sector Alpha 2. A case was then filed with the local Beta 2 Police Station, Greater Noida Additional Deputy Police Commissioner Vishal Pandey said.

“The couple had married seven to eight months ago. The husband suspected that the woman had a relationship outside of their marriage, which is why he strangled her to death,” said Pandey, citing the initial investigation.

The body was sent for an autopsy and the man was arrested, he said, adding that further legal proceedings would be held on the case.
