The authorities are looking for a missing person after the boat accident in Savanna for a missing person
Savanna, Ill. (Wifr/KWQC) – The Carroll County Emergency Management Agency will visit for a missing person after a boat accident at the weekend.
According to the sister station of WIFFR, KWQC, the officers received 911 calls on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. on a “incident” in which two people were involved in the Mississippi river around the Marquette Park.
Officials say that one person made it ashore and that another was missing in the water.
The crews remained on site until May 21, May 31 and took up searches the next morning. The effort was carried out due to conditions and visibility at around 5 p.m.
Over 20 agencies helped the reaction efforts, said officials.
