The court docket asks for the return of 424 gold sovereigns and a pair of.97 billion rupees and asks the person to pay the girl – KERALA – GENERAL – Rs 70,000 per 30 days in upkeep

IRINJALAKUDA: The court has ordered compensation to be paid in response to a complaint made by a woman who is from Kandeshwaram, Irinjalakuda, that her husband and relatives took a lot of money from her in the name of many claims. The Irinjalakuda Family Court stated that she was entitled to receive Rs 424 gold jewelry, 2,97,86,000 given by her family. The court also ordered the man to pay a monthly maintenance allowance of Rs 70,000.

She filed a lawsuit in the family court against her husband, Dr. Shreethu von Kottooli in Kozhikode, father-in-law Gopi, mother-in-law Mallika, brother-in-law Gopi and his wife Sreedevi. Shruthi, daughter of Janardhanan Nair from Kandeshwaram in Irinjalakuda, married Dr. Shreethu.

In her plea, it was mentioned that he had received an amount of 1.11 billion rupees from her family in order to gain admission as an MD in the NRI quota of Thrissur Medical College, and also an allowance for the construction of a house and received the purchase of a vehicle. She also alleged that she was subjected to severe physical and mental torture by her husband and in-laws. Meanwhile, her husband’s request for custody of her son has been denied.
