Chandigarh, February 9: Haryana Supreme Court rules in favor of increasing divorce alimony if spouse’s salary increases.

For one, Varun Jagota challenged the Panchkula Family Court order, and the court passed the order after a motion filed by a husband was rejected.

Varun challenged the Panchkula Family Court order that the case was taken up by the High Court. The family court had raised the woman’s interim allowance from Rs 20,000 to Rs 28,000 after the husband received a raise at work.
