The Mohali police have cracked a high -quality theft with film equipment £40 Lakh with the arrest of one of the accused. The restoration includes two stolen vehicles and valuable film production equipment.

The incident occurred in the early morning hours of May 3 when two Canter vehicles – the registration numbers of Chandigarh and Mohali – Karrying were stolen.

On May 4th, a significant leadership was taken with the arrest of Navjot Singh, aka Navi alias Jeta, a resident of the Madhe Road near the government school in Nihal Singh Wala, in the Moga district.

According to a FIR from the complainant OM Prakash, the investigation by SP Harbir Singh Atwal, the DSP Harsimran Singh Bal and those responsible for the Saneta Police Post was led. The breakthrough occurred at 1.30 a.m., supported by cyber tracking inputs of the complainant.

The suspect's movements were followed in several places, including Dharam droppings and finally Moga. Navjot Singh was produced on May 5th in front of the Magistrat Sweta and taken on two days of police custody. During the interrogation, he revealed the location of the stolen vehicles and equipment. On May 6, the police repeated both canteen vehicles that were filled with the stolen film equipment from a grain market in Nihal Singh Wala. In addition, a Thar vehicle used in theft, which transports a temporary Chandigarh registration number -was also restored.

The accused will remain in police custody until May 7th. Investigations have shown that seven bouncers and three others associated with the film industry were associated with the accused. Further arrests are expected if the search for the remaining suspects continues.
