A reported infidelity dispute led Wichita Falls police to an alleged refugee from justice.
According to a police report:
Officers responded to a report of a disturbance on Roberts Avenue at around 10 p.m. Wednesday. One woman told police that she and her boyfriend Roderick Garrett, 33, had been arguing over infidelity when Garrett grabbed her hair and tugged.
A file review revealed that Garrett had an arrest warrant as of June alleging that Garrett was attempting to rob someone with a gun. The officers found Garrett but let him go after allegedly giving them a false name.
