The lacking 91-year-old man with dementia was final seen on Thursday afternoon

91-year-old Ken Taniguchi has been issued an adult missing person report by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office nationwide.

WESTERVILLE, Ohio – 91-year-old Ken Taniguchi has been issued a national missing adult warning by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

Taniguchi left his Westerville home around 2:30 p.m. Thursday and has not returned, according to the sheriff’s office.

He has dementia and the police are concerned about his safety.

Taniguchi is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 172 pounds. He is bald and has brown eyes.

He was last seen in dark blue pants, a long-sleeved black polo shirt and black shoes, the sheriff’s office announced.

Taniguchi drove off in a brown 2009 Toyota Rav4 with Ohio license plate BQ81KH.

The police will ask you to call 911 if you see Taniguchi or his vehicle. You can also call 1-866-693-9171 or 911 to be directed to the investigating law enforcement agency or to hear the alert information.
