The Kansas City Police Department has issued a hazard warning for a missing toddler who was last seen with his mother on Wednesday afternoon.

Law enforcement needs the public’s help to locate two-year-old Andrew Mims.

The boy was last seen leaving 8344 Campbell Street in a silver 2021 Toyota Corolla with 39-year-old Michele Mims, police said
