The police appealed for help to find a man's whereabouts that has disappeared. Spencer Wilcox was last seen on Wednesday, April 23, at 12.50 p.m. along Dros-Y-Morfa, Rumney, Cardiff. In a statement by the police from South Wales, “Help us to find Spencer Wilcox. Spencer, 52, was reported as missing.
“He was seen yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, April 23, at 12.50 p.m. on Dros-Y-Morfa, Rumney, Cardiff.
“He is about five feet six and was last seen how he had a black Nicce hoodie, blue jeans, Nike White Trainer, a puff style gilet and had a black backpack with him.
