The Alimony Fund has paid a total of more than SAR 52 million (US$13.8 million) to 11,700 registered beneficiaries, the Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ) announced.
“The fund’s services cover more than 75 cities and provinces in the kingdom,” the ministry said.
It aims to provide immediate maintenance to beneficiaries to encourage responsibility and contribute to the financial stability of children and families. To improve the customer experience, the fund recently launched a new website that enables integrated digital services.
Applications for the fund can be submitted electronically through the maintenance platform Nafaqah.sa by providing the ID number and date of birth.
