The suspect of the interruption and input after the GPS tracking arrested arrested

A man was arrested after a break and led two vehicles to be stolen.

On June 16, the police received a report from a resident who discovered that both his truck and his roommate's work car had been stolen from their residence in the 49th Street in Lacombe.

Before they noticed that the vehicles were missing, they were last parked at 10 p.m., one in the entrance and the other on the street in front of the house.

The preliminary investigation showed that the suspects were illegal to the residence by an unlocked door and had stolen several key sets that were about 15 feet from the entrance on one edge.

The suspects then used the keys to take both vehicles.

Apart from the vehicles, a wallet, identification and other personal objects that were stolen from one of the trucks were also reported.

One of the stolen trucks, a 2025 Black GMC Sierra Crew Cab, was equipped with GPS tracking.

The GPS system indicated that the vehicle had traveled about 80 kilometers since its theft and was in Leduc.

The registered owner immediately informed the police about the updated location of the vehicle.

Leduc RCMP coordinated the Leduc RCMP police, and the stolen work car was later not filled near a area service station.

Surveillance material from the area helped the police to identify the suspect, which was then arrested without incidents.

John Knox, a 50-year-old inhabitant of Red Deer, Alta.

A hearing for the publication of judicial provisional publications was held, and Knox is to be released on July 10 on July 10 at the Alberta judicial court in the city of Leduc.

A black Chevrolet Silverado from 2019 (Alberta license Plod BTH 6560) was also stolen during the incident.

Investigation of the other vehicle's location has not yet been completed.
