Wendy Williams’ ex-husband has filed a request to resume child support payments.

Kevin Hunter Sr., who was married to the TV star between 1999 and 2020, has claimed that 58-year-old Wendy has failed to meet her spousal payment obligations since October 2021, according to RadarOnline.com.

Kevin recently took to social media to insist his file had “nothing to do with Wendy.” Instead, he said on Instagram that the move was “to do with the people trying to steal hard-earned money.”

The court documents say Wendy made up to $10 million a year for her TV talk show.

The document reads: “On October 15, 2021, Talk WW notified the plaintiff that her contract is being suspended and that no compensation will be payable or payable to the plaintiff for the duration of the plaintiff’s disability and incapacity.”

The document added: “If for any reason [Plaintiffs] Agreement with Talk WW is not renewed and/or otherwise suspended, terminated or terminated, and [Plaintiff] has no other television show airing and pays her an equivalent salary, [Defendant] understands and agrees that all termination benefits must be either terminated or amended.”

Wendy has been through a lot of health and financial struggles since she left her TV talk show. But she recently revealed that she “can’t wait” to fall in love again.

Wendy – who has 22-year-old son Kevin Jr. with her ex-husband – shared, “I never deny it, and the first thing I think when I see men is, ‘Are they carrying the finger?’ Because if they wear the finger, that’s an instant hello, but I’d love it… I can’t wait to fall in love, and I don’t want to get married.
