According to reports Kevin Jaeger51, says in the filing that he has been cut off from his court-ordered child support payments since 2022. He claims that when he separated from Wendy Williams59, she agreed to a “settlement” in 2019 that has not been paid to him since the conservatorship. As you may recall, Wells Fargo pushed for the conservatorship after the daytime TV host struggled with health issues that allegedly left her vulnerable to financial exploitation.

While Williams finally regained access to her multimillion-dollar fortune, Hunter says he still hasn't received his severance pay, which significantly reduces his income. In the latest filing, he claims:

“I have not received my severance payments, which the plaintiff is obligated to pay under the divorce agreement, since January 2022… This is an urgent case because I rely on the severance payment for my livelihood and the loss of that income for 23 months has severely impacted me.”

He continues:

“I therefore respectfully ask the court [Wendy] to promptly pay all severance payments due and owing at the time of this court order.”

Hunter further claimed that he had tried to settle the matter privately with Williams' team several times without success and added:

“Since October 2021, I have attempted to resolve this issue through various means, including previous motions and mediation, without the plaintiff’s cooperation. Therefore, I had no choice but to file this motion in this matter…I would not have had to file this motion if Plaintiff had not stopped paying me severance pay and if Plaintiff had signed the Qualified Domestic Relations Order for the SAG-AFTRA retirement plan.”

Hunter demands back pay for the two years in which he allegedly did not receive any severance pay. He also demands that Williams He would have to complete paperwork that would secure him a share of her SAG-AFTRA pension.
