Will Smith opens up about Jada’s ‘involvement’ however says there has ‘by no means’ been any infidelity of their marriage

Well I’m sure you’re super ready to learn more about Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s relationship and not tired of it at all! However, there can be a more positive view. After seemingly avoiding the topic of their very public “entanglement” red carpet drama recently, the King Richard star and award winner has now spoken out again about the whole situation for some clarity, saying it has “never” admitted infidelity in her marriage, no matter how it may appear in public. Smith also shared his thoughts on giving a more meaningful twist to things that people in Hollywood like to think about.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith seemed ready to take the whole “entanglement” business back in time when they flipped the subject at the SAG Awards. Jada Pinkett Smith said there would be no more entanglements going forward, but it seems Will Smith wants to clear up the infidelity in their marriage once and for all.

In an interview with CBS Mornings, Will Smith made it clear that his relationship with Jada Pinkett Smith is strong; He and his wife tell each other everything, and there are “never” surprises about what the other is doing in the relationship. In his words:

There has never been infidelity in our marriage. Never. Jada and I talk about everything and we’ve never surprised each other with anything.

This isn’t the first time Will Smith has opened up about Jada Pinkett Smith’s alleged affair with musician August Alsina, but his words make it seem like everything is fine between him and his wife. While it seems at this point the couple is hearing about their relationship as much as some fans, Smith may have felt the need to make sure everyone knew his wife didn’t walk out of their marriage.

In the same interview, Will Smith spoke about how his relationship was perceived by the media and the public. While many people may find it uncomfortable having things about their private lives everywhere and everywhere, Smith has apparently “decided” that this (possibly enforced) transparency can be an asset to society, saying:

I have decided that chattering about my life can be of use to people. I think the chatter is the first stage to having a real conversation and being able to really explore if some of the things in your heart are loving or toxic.

That’s certainly one way to look at it, and honestly it’s a pretty positive twist on what many people would see as a negative aspect of the fame he and Jada Pinkett Smith have. Will Smith recently published a memoir that delves deep into many of his experiences as a person and as a star, and this large chunk seems to back up his commitment to having conversations that go deeper.

Will Smith appears to be finding ways to break through the Hollywood gossip surrounding his relationship while also keeping busy with his film career. He’s had a great year receiving more than one award for King Richard and he also has many upcoming films to look forward to. He will next be seen in Emancipation, where he explores a role he has avoided in the past.
