SACRAMENTO — According to the Sacramento Police Department, officers late Tuesday afternoon arrested a woman along Power Inn Road following a custody battle.
It happened along the intersection of Power Inn and Ramona Avenue, which is a few blocks south of the intersection of Power Inn and Folsom Boulevard.

A business owner in the area told a local CBS13 photographer that a woman, believed to be her child, locked herself in a vehicle and refused to come out.
Sacramento police confirmed the woman was the child’s mother, but was later taken into custody while police assumed custody of the child.
Charges are being brought against the woman in connection with the dispute.
