Chicago Police have issued a missing person warning for a 68-year-old man who they say has been missing from the Chicago Lawn neighborhood of the city for nearly a week.
According to authorities, Sergio Hernandez was last seen Monday on the 6000 block of South California Avenue.

Police say Hernandez also frequented the area around 63rd Street and California Avenue.
Hernandez is described as a Hispanic male who stands 5 feet to 3 inches tall and weighs 162 pounds. He has medium complexion, brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing a gray skullcap, blue jacket, blue sweatpants and gray-green sneakers.
Anyone with information on Hernandez’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or call Area One detectives at 312-747-8380.
