Florida husband and spouse kidnap, torture one other man to drive him to confess infidelity – Crime On-line

A South Florida man and woman are charged with abducting and torturing a man for three days in the past month, including asking him to drink bleach and forcing him to eat his own feces.

Police said Marie Dorsainvil, 51, and Occius Dorsainvil, 56, lured the victim into an apartment where they chained him, demanded $ 50,000 and his car title, and tried to induce infidelity.

The ordeal began one day in December, police said, when Marie Dorsainvil allegedly asked the victim to drive to her home, WTVJ reported. When they arrived, she asked him to come to her apartment, but he refused because they were both married to other people.

Dorsainvil reportedly told the victim that her husband was in Haiti and he agreed to go into the apartment. But no sooner had he sat down on the couch than another man – Occius Dorsainvil – came with a gun and cuffed the victim’s arms and legs.

The couple forced the man to rehearse and record a statement admitting the cheating and telling him that if he went to the bathroom they would force him to eat it. If he refused, they said, they would shoot him.

On the second day, the police said, the suspects put handcuffs and legs on the victim and offered him food, which he refused because he feared he would have to use the toilet. The Dorsainvils also asked for $ 50,000 in cash and the title of his car.

On the final day, the suspects forced the victim to shower at gunpoint and then drove him off in his car, apparently to let him go. But first they made him drink a mixture of bleach and Haitian rum, which made him pass out. He woke up alone 30 minutes later and ran for help.

Knowing the suspects, the victim was tracked down and arrested by detectives. They face multiple charges, including kidnapping, attempted murder, armed robbery and extortion. The relationship between the suspects is unclear. The WPLG reported that the suspects confessed to the crimes.
