• Suspicious Person – North Broad & Highway 78. Regarding the person standing on the bridge. Walton EMS spoke to her and cleared. The test subject was driven back to their home.
• Traffic delay – E Spring St at Hammond Dr Vehicle was stopped under hands free law. Following the investigation, the driver was issued a subpoena for the acquittal and taken into custody on an outstanding warrant from Elberton County. • Identity Theft – Walton Dr; In relation to the applicant’s SS# being stolen and used to open multiple credit card accounts.
• Mentally ill – Piedmont Walton – ER workers said the youth was physically violent and was trying to escape a signed 10-13 order. Subject was escorted back to the hospital and detained prior to arrival. Juvenile complaint closed.
