Nia Long’s decision about her relationship with Ime Udoka
According to Long’s ex, Maasai Z. Dorseytold DailyMail after it was revealed that Oduka had been banned for the entire season for being in a romantic relationship with a Celtics employee, which was forbidden by internal rules. The couple have spoken, and the actress has forgiven the former basketball player.
“We speak as a family, and it’s all about unconditional love, and that’s what she gives to him,” Dorsey said. “We stick with him 100 per cent, Ime made a mistake. Every man needs another chance. As the Bible says, the flesh is weak. He’s not a bad guy. Hopefully he learned from that.”
Though Dorsey and Long are no longer romantically linked, they remain close and have a 21-year-old son who they both care for, but the actor isn’t unhappy about it Maasai Dorsey II is near Udoka.

“I have nothing but good things to say about Ime, he’s a good man. all the years I’m glad he’s in my son’s life,” Dorsey said. “It’s easy to get to the top, but to stay on top you need a different type of person. While Long and Udoka are not married, they have been engaged since 2015, and three years prior they had a son named Timeswho is currently 10 years old.
