Police are appealing to the public to help locate Kelly Righton, 36, who has been reported missing in Rangataua.
Kelly was last seen around 11pm on Sunday April 24 and police have been conducting an extensive investigation to locate her.
Police search and rescue personnel, along with local LandSAR volunteers from Taihape, Whanganui and Ruapehu, have been searching the area around Rangataua. In addition, an air search is also carried out.
Efforts to locate Kelly have been unsuccessful and police are now appealing to the public to help.
Kelly is described as slim, 165cm tall and is said to be wearing loose leafy trousers, a white singlet and dark brown leather mid-calf boots, similar to the pair photographed. She will also likely be carrying a dark brown, thin, blue striped/checkered Swandri coat.
Her family and the police are concerned for her wellbeing and want to make sure she is safe and are asking anyone who has seen her to contact the police immediately.
