Former Ultimate Love Show contestant Chris Adah says her marriage can’t survive infidelity.
The reality TV star spoke about her in a post Instagram stories on Tuesday.
She was responding to a tweet from Reno Omokri, the former presidential adviser.
Omokri had suggested marriages can survive infidelity, but it will be impossible for any union to survive poverty.
In response, Chris said their marriage would survive poverty but would never survive through infidelity.
“Even in our soaked garri and peanuts, we’re happy. But you see infidelity, our marriage can’t survive this. The day I cheat on my husband, I pack. I will hunt myself It’s the other way around,” she wrote.
Chris was one of the reality TV stars from the first edition of the Ultimate Love TV show.
She met Chris, her namesake on the show, and they walked down the aisle in 2020.
In 2021, Chris faced criticism on social media for marrying a younger man.
“I don’t know what’s going on with people. So it’s okay for a woman in her 20s to marry a 64-year-old man, and it’s not okay for a 37-year-old woman to marry a 35-year-old man? she had asked in response.
