Sam Hunt’s spouse information for divorce, reveals she’s pregnant and cites infidelity in divorce paperwork

Sam Hunt’s wife has filed for divorce after five years of marriage, citing infidelity as the reason.

Divorce documents obtained by TMZ also reveal that Hannah is pregnant with the couple’s first child and is expecting in May. The country music superstar and his wife had not previously announced they were expecting a child together.

In the documents, Hannah Lee Fowler alleges that Sam is “guilty of improper conduct in marriage,” adding that he is also… “guilty of adultery.”

The passage Hannah quotes reads, “The husband is guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse that makes living together unsafe or inappropriate.”

Although it’s unclear whether or not the duo has a prenuptial agreement, the documents show that Hannah is speaking both alimony and child support for their future child.
