72 decisions made: €35,300 paid from the maintenance fund

Based on 72 decisions of social work centers recognizing the right to temporary support for children, the Ministry of Finance, or rather the Maintenance Fund Department, paid 35,301.84 euros. Of this amount, 33,814.91 euros were paid for temporary support, while 1,252.84 euros were paid for the costs of the enforcement proceedings, which were also recognized for children in the submitted decisions, the ministry announced.

As for the structure of decisions by municipality, most decisions relate to the Centre for Social Work for the municipalities of Kotor, Tivat and Budva, Regional Unit Budva – 17 decisions, Podgorica – 13, Danilovgrad – 9, Bar – 8, Niksic – 7, Bijelo Polje – 5, Mojkovac – 4, Pljevlja – 3, Cetinje and Zeta – 2 each, Herceg Novi, Berane and Plav – one each.

“On the basis of 72 decisions, temporary child support was paid for 90 children – three children under five years of age, 44 children between the ages of 6 and 13 and 43 children between the ages of 14 and 18,” the ministry stresses.
