Paddy McGuinness denies infidelity allegations amid marriage split
Paddy and Christine McGuinness are no longer partners as they called it quits after 11 years of marriage.
Meanwhile, Paddy has denied claims he secretly flirted with a second girl behind the back of estranged wife Christine – amid claims he allegedly kissed another TV star.
The Sun reported that Christine, 34, was “furious” at the new claims – but this was shot down by the camp of 48-year-old Paddy, as well as a source close to the unnamed TV star, who is said to be a look-alike of Christine.
The publication had previously claimed a “very hurt” Christine confided in her friends about her suspicions about Paddy’s infidelity as well as a flirtatious exchange with a TV girl on Twitter, with a source saying she “felt for a while that something wasn’t right.” was right’.
The source told The Sun of Christine’s feelings towards the second girl: “She was convinced there was at least one attraction.
“She felt hurt and betrayed. She didn’t want to react immediately, so she pretended she wasn’t any smarter and gave herself some time to think and think about what to do.
“But of course it caused a lot of tension when things were already very difficult.
“Without trust, it was hard to find a way to make things work.”
Christine’s rep said, “She is privately dealing with the failure of her marriage.”
It comes as the couple have been living “separate lives” for months and their wedding anniversary in June wasn’t an event without either of them posting about the occasion on social media.
