Almost two years later Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye Westthe stars are finally setting.
The custody agreement reportedly calls for equal access to the children, and the Keeping up with the Kardashian Ex-boyfriends will split the expenses of their children’s safety and education.
After the settlement, Kanye was spotted picking North up from school before taking her to the mall. Security guards were present at both the mall and the school.
A source told TMZ that Kim will have more children, even though the settlement calls for “equal access.” Kanye has said that 80% of the time she’s already with the kids.
The settlement states that Kanye will pay Kim $200,000 a month in child support. Sources told the outlet that he is not required to pay the full child support bill; $200,000 is just his share of it.
The outlet also reports that Kanye will give Kim ownership of his $4.5 million home – which he recently bought and which is located next door to hers – per the settlement. The home is 3,650 square feet and has five bedrooms.
Kim is responsible for all expenses related to the property. It is speculated that she will tear it down and expand her lands rather than putting money into repairs.
Kayne will continue to own his $60 million Malibu beach home, as well as 300 acres in Calabasas, two ranches in Wyoming, his childhood home in Chicago and another home in Belgium.
Kim will keep the couple’s $60 million Hidden Hills estate, as well as their property in Idaho.
The stars were reportedly taken to court in December before the settlement was reached.
Should there ever be a future dispute over children, the exes agreed they will use arbitration, the outlet said. However, if one of the parties does not participate in the mediation, the other has the authority to decide what is best in the dispute, according to TMZ.
The $200,000 is said to be due on the first of each month and deposited into Kim’s account.
The property division will follow the guidelines of their marriage contract, which appears to state that neither side is entitled to spousal support.
The insiders claim that Kim has walked a tightrope over the past year as Kayne has been spiraling out of control and unwilling to resolve their divorce. “Kim’s patience was tested but she took things calmly and eventually Kanye came along,” one of the sources said.
The outlet claims the secret weapon to their settlement was Laura Wasser, who went to both sides to resolve their ongoing issues.
Meanwhile, Page Six reported that the Kardashian family was captured in photos Monday night — the same day the divorce was settled — at Travis Barker’s record studio at what appears to be a family reunion.

The meeting seemed to go on for hours. The family were seen entering the studio during the day but left when it was dark.
Kanye and Kim have reportedly not spoken to each other since the divorce was finalized.
